Just Like Me! Lesson 2 - Miriam Showed Perseverance

Hey, boys and girls! Did you know that the Bible is full of kids just like you who did great things for God? It’s like they were super heroes! Each one of these child heroes displayed Godly character. Character traits like HONOUR, BOLDNESS, and COMPASSION. We’re going to look at each of these kids and see how what they did helped them grow up into who they came to be for God. Best of all, you can do the very same things as these kids did, because they are Just Like You! And because you have the Holy Spirit available to help, you, too, can grow up into super great men and women of God!

Miriam was a young girl who watched over her baby brother, Moses, until he was finally found in the river by Pharoah’s own daughter. Later, God used Miriam to help Moses lead the Hebrews in the wilderness until they reached the promise land! When you show perseverance just like Miriam, God is able to use you more and more to do His work.
