Just Like Me! Lesson 3 - Jeremiah Was Given Boldness

Hey, boys and girls! Did you know that the Bible is full of kids just like you who did great things for God? It’s like they were super heroes! Each one of these child heroes displayed Godly character. Character traits like HONOUR, BOLDNESS, and COMPASSION. We’re going to look at each of these kids and see how what they did helped them grow up into who they came to be for God. Best of all, you can do the very same things as these kids did, because they are Just Like You! And because you have the Holy Spirit available to help, you, too, can grow up into super great men and women of God!

God called Jeremiah to be His prophet but he was afraid to speak because he was so young. God touched Jeremiah’s mouth and put His words in it for Jeremiah to speak. Jeremiah was never afraid to speak God’s message again, which was good, because the messages were not happy ones! Jeremiah continued to be bold his whole life, even though his own people didn’t like the messages he brought from God.
