Just Like Me! Lesson 11 - This Little Boy Showed Generosity

Hey, boys and girls! Did you know that the Bible is full of kids just like you who did great things for God? It’s like they were super heroes! Each one of these child heroes displayed Godly character. Character traits like HONOUR, BOLDNESS, and COMPASSION. We’re going to look at each of these kids and see how what they did helped them grow up into who they came to be for God. Best of all, you can do the very same things as these kids did, because they are Just Like You! And because you have the Holy Spirit available to help, you, too, can grow up into super great men and women of God!

Crowds had been following Jesus all day, and when it was evening, the disciples wanted Jesus to send the crowds away. Instead, Jesus asked His disciples to feed them! When this Little Boy offered his simple lunch to Jesus, Jesus blessed the food, broke it, and gave it. His 5 loaves and 2 fish became enough food to feed the 5000 people there! When we give what we have to Jesus, He can turn it into more!
