Just Like Me! Lesson 10 - Paul's Nephew Practiced Attentiveness

Hey, boys and girls! Did you know that the Bible is full of kids just like you who did great things for God? It’s like they were super heroes! Each one of these child heroes displayed Godly character. Character traits like HONOUR, BOLDNESS, and COMPASSION. We’re going to look at each of these kids and see how what they did helped them grow up into who they came to be for God. Best of all, you can do the very same things as these kids did, because they are Just Like You! And because you have the Holy Spirit available to help, you, too, can grow up into super great men and women of God!

Paul's nephew overheard a plot to kill Paul while he was to be transported to another city. Paul's nephew would have had to have been observant and attentive to notice someone talking about his uncle, and brave enough to do something about the important into he overheard. He came to talk to his Uncle Paul in jail, and ended up saving his life. And seeing that Paul wrote most of the New Testament, it was a very good thing for us that he did that!
