Just Like Me! Lesson 5 - Esther Practiced Selflessness

Hey, boys and girls! Did you know that the Bible is full of kids just like you who did great things for God? It’s like they were super heroes! Each one of these child heroes displayed Godly character. Character traits like HONOUR, BOLDNESS, and COMPASSION. We’re going to look at each of these kids and see how what they did helped them grow up into who they came to be for God. Best of all, you can do the very same things as these kids did, because they are Just Like You! And because you have the Holy Spirit available to help, you, too, can grow up into super great men and women of God!

Esther was a young girl when she came to the palace, and she was chosen to be queen of all Persia. She practiced selflessness and thought about saving her people, even though it was dangerous for her. Esther continued her selflessness her whole life! And God honoured her actions and saved her people.
